Ric Flair Makes Controversial Declaration Ahead Of WWE WrestleMania

Ric Flair is really excited about his daughter, Charlotte Flair, and the direction she’s headed as she gets ready for WrestleMania 41. He’s saying she’s not just the best female wrestler ever but maybe the best wrestler in all of WWE right now.

In a recent interview with TMZ, Ric talked about Charlotte’s return after being hurt and her upcoming big match at WrestleMania. He made it clear how much he believes in her.

“She’s the greatest female wrestler of all time. She might be the best wrestler in the business right now. Forget about Cena and Cody [Rhodes] and those guys. She’s that good.”

Charlotte was out of action for all of 2024 because of a knee injury, but she came back strong by winning the Women’s Royal Rumble earlier this year. This win gave her a chance to fight for the championship at WrestleMania against Tiffany Stratton, who holds the title now. Her dad, Ric Flair, also said that Charlotte has really taken to being a bad guy, which is her natural personality in wrestling.

“She’s on fire, man. Sometimes, it takes a while to find your niche. She’s a heel. She’s like me. She can be a babyface because she can do a lot of stuff, but she’s a heel, man. She’s badass. Now, she’s getting to really feel herself.”

Charlotte is still a big star in WWE’s women’s division in 2025. She won the 2025 Royal Rumble, which means she gets to fight for the championship at WrestleMania 41. Right now, she’s in a big feud with Tiffany Stratton, who holds the WWE Women’s Championship. Their intense rivalry has led to a very important match at WrestleMania.

Ric is very happy with how WWE is using Charlotte right now. He seems to like the stories they’re telling and how she’s being shown on TV. He thinks she’s doing great and is excited for her big match.

“I’m glad that they’re letting her be who she is. When you’re the best, you can say anything you want to say.”
