Bride Finally Sees Wedding Photos, Then She Zooms In on the Groomsmen Shot

Elisabetta, 23, and her husband Jack, live in Dallas, Texas, with their two adored dachshund dogs, Ollie and puppy Oscar.

When Elisabetta and Jack, who only gave their first names, married, they “knew we wanted [Ollie] to be part of our wedding, he’s family,” the bride told Newsweek.

“Ollie spent the morning in the bridal suite with me and the girls, and my husband came and grabbed him later on to spend some time with him and his groomsmen.”

And it was only later, after they received their wedding photos from the big day, that Elisabetta realized something—Ollie had joined the groomsmen for their photos.

In a video to her TikTok account, @ollieandoscarweenies earlier this month, she showed a snap of Jack and nine other men, posing for the camera in their suits and uniforms.

And then she zooms in–because, hidden at the back, between all the pairs of legs, is tiny little Ollie, wearing a tuxedo of his own.

“I think about this picture from my husband and I’s wedding daily,” she wrote over the video, adding in a caption: “The teeniest groomsman. Crying at him posing for the picture.”

She told Newsweek: “I had no idea he was in any of the groomsmen pictures until we got the pictures back.

“When I saw the picture for the first time, I immediately got emotional and started crying, and then proceeded to send the picture to everyone I knew so they could see the sheer cuteness of what I was seeing!”

TikTok users, too, fell in love with the sweet photo, viewing the video close to 4 million times and awarding it 1.1 million likes, as one user declared: “He’s more important than the newlyweds! Why isn’t he in the front!”

Another adoringly pointed out “his little outfit,” as another declared Ollie was “the best man and the best boy.”

“Not to be dramatic but I cried,” another admitted. And as another asked “why was he not front and center,” Elisabetta explained in a comment: “The only person who knew he was in this picture was our photographer until we got our gallery back. I scream cried when I first saw it. He posed all by himself!”

She told Newsweek: “He was only 6 months old at the time of the wedding and could rarely ever just sit still, so I was in awe that he posed himself for a photo shoot and sat like a good boy for the camera!

“It is by far my favorite picture from our wedding even though I’m not even in it.”

With some couples choosing to have their dog at their wedding, Purina shared tips on making sure everything goes smoothly, including being sure whether your dog would enjoy being at the wedding, surrounded by strangers.

Checking the wedding venue is dog-friendly, ensuring a quiet place where they can retreat if feeling tired or overwhelmed, and asking a guest to be on dog duty for the day can all help it go off without a hitch.
