Though the 2025 NFL Draft doesn’t get underway until a few weeks from now, and football season is still several months away, NFL win totals for the 2025 season are currently available.

This week, Newsweek is diving into the win totals markets for every team, starting with the NFC.

Below are the DraftKings and FanDuel odds for all 16 teams in the NFC. It doesn’t make sense right now to break down who, if anyone, is best-suited to unseat the reigning champion Eagles, but it’s never too early to talk win totals.

Below are the early-offseason 2025 NFC win totals.

2025 NFL Win Totals, Betting Odds: NFC

The teams with the highest win totals should come as no surprise. The Lions and Eagles both have high expectations after winning 15 and 14 regular season games, respectively, in 2024.

A couple surprises include the 49ers, who have an o/u of 10.5 after going 6-11, trading away WR Deebo Samuel and parting ways with LB Dre Greenlaw, S Talanoa Hufanga, G Aaron Banks, DL Javon Hargrave and LB Leonard Floyd.

The Seahawks are another fascinating NFC West team after trading QB Geno Smith to Las Vegas and WR DK Metcalf to Pittsburgh.

Best Early 2025 NFC Win Total Over Bets

Washington Commanders Over 9.5 Wins

Best odds: Over 9.5 Wins (-110 at FanDuel)

Washington plays in a tough division, but it won 12 games in Jayden Daniels’ rookie season and made it to the NFC Championship Game. That was in spite of a defense that struggled to get stops and a supporting cast for Daniels that was underwhelming outside of WR Terry McLaurin.

This offseason, the Commanders have already traded for Deebo Samuel to boost an already-imposing offense in Year 1 with Daniels at the helm, and they also signed talented DT Javon Kinlaw to improve the D-line.

Daniels alone is good reason to like Washington to win at least 10 games in its second season under the leadership of head coach Dan Quinn, offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury and defensive coordinator Joe Whitt.

Carolina Panthers Over 6.5 Wins

Best odds: Over 6.5 Wins (-120 at FD)

Bryce Young and the Panthers got off to a disastrous start to Young’s second year in the league, as Carolina was blown out by the Saints and Chargers in Weeks 1 and 2, leading Dave Canales to bench Young for several weeks last September.

But Young played well after returning the to lineup in late October. Carolina went just 4-6 in its last 10, but Young showed promising flashes just about every week in November and December, nearly leading the Panthers to upsets of both the Chiefs and Eagles.

This team has already gone to great lengths to improve its sieve-like defense in 2024. If the return of DT Derrick Brown and the additions of DL Tershawn Wharton from the Chiefs, DT Bobby Brown III from the Rams and LB Patrick Jones II from the Vikings stabilizes the Panthers’ D, there’s no reason this team can’t improve from 5-12 to 7-10 or better, which is all it would take to cash this over.

Best Early 2025 NFC Win Total Under Bet

Seattle Seahawks Under 8.5 Wins

Best odds: Under 8.5 Wins (-140 at DK)

It’s telling that Seattle’s O/U win total is already set at 7.5 at FanDuel. It feels like a matter of time before DraftKings moves this line down a notch, too, but we’ll take Seattle Under 8.5 Wins while we can.

The biggest cause for concern is the quarterback situation, as Sam Darnold + a shaky OL is a potential recipe for disaster. It also doesn’t help the Seahawks’ outlook that they have to play the Rams, 49ers and Cardinals twice apiece. The Rams and Niners are both expected to be playoff teams in 2025, and the Cardinals have some upside after exceeding expectations with an 8-9 2024 campaign.

Minnesota Vikings Under 8.5 Wins

Best odds: Under 8.5 Wins (+115 at FD)

The Vikings are one of the most interesting teams in the league. They went 14-3 in 2024 but will be starting a second-year quarterback, JJ McCarthy, who is a question mark after missing his rookie season due to injury.

In a tough division alongside the Lions, Packers and Bears, it’s not hard to see McCarthy and the Vikes struggling to a below-.500 record after massively outperforming preseason expectations last year. At the very least, this is a tempting bet at shorter than even odds.
