Timberwolves swingman Terrence Shannon Jr. is still grappling with a strained right groin.
Now, the fates of both Jokic and Murray have been ascertained.
Jokic will be available, after all. The 6-foot-11 big man will now play in his 65th game of the season, setting him up for an inevitable seventh consecutive All-NBA Team honor this spring.

Across his prior 64 bouts, the 30-year-old has been averaging a triple-double of 29.3 points on .574/.412/.803 shooting splits, 12.8 rebounds, and 10.2 assists. Should he keep this up over the course of the full year, he’ll become just the third player ever — and the first non-guard — to achieve a triple-double for an NBA season.
Murray, who’s been out since March 26, has already hit the 65-game mark — although he seems like a long shot to make his first-ever All-NBA team during a season riddled with injuries, he is the second-best player on the third-best team in the West.
The 6-foot-5 point guard will sit out another game, Denver has announced.

Boasting a 47-28 record, Denver currently has a tenuous grip on the conference’s No. 3 seed. The 43-32 Timberwolves are the No. 7 seed, but are just one game behind the No. 5-seeded Memphis Grizzlies, who appear to be tumbling fast. Both clubs are angling to win as many games as they can in a crowded West.
