“I want them to walk away and know whatever they’re going through is going to get better, that’s all. I just want people to be inspired.”
Saraya’s WWE career began in 2013 when she became the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion, followed by a main roster debut the night after WrestleMania 30, where she captured the Divas Championship, becoming the youngest titleholder at 21.
Forced into retirement in 2018 due to spinal issues, she transitioned to non-wrestling roles, including General Manager of SmackDown, before ultimately joining AEW in 2022. While with the promotion, Saraya has been rarely used on television in recent weeks after a strong push when she joined AEW.
AEW made her the Women’s Champion but has not seen the main event scene for the majority of her tenure. Some fans are hoping that she will return to WWE to end her career.
