The Fresno State Bulldogs (3-1) take a three-game winning streak into their Mountain West Conference opener against the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors (3-1) at the Clarence T.C. Ching Complex in Honolulu on Saturday night.

After a 31-7 season-opening loss at Kansas, Fresno State has reeled off three consecutive victories, including a 56-7 rout of visiting FCS Southern on Sept. 13. E.J. Warner threw four touchdown passes, and the defense held the Jaguars to just 142 yards in the win. The Bulldogs are 30-25-1 against Hawaii all-time, but lost the last meeting in Fresno, 21-20 on November 2nd. Fresno State also owns wins over Georgia Southern (42-14) and at Oregon State (36-27).

Hawaii picked up its second straight win on Sept. 13, beating visiting FCS Portland State 23-3. Luke Weaver connected with Cam Barfield for a pair of touchdown passes while the Rainbow Warriors’ defense logged three sacks and an interception. Hawaii opened the season with a 23-20 win over visiting Stanford before taking a 40-6 loss at Arizona and beating Sam Houston 37-20.
