Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk dismissed U.S. President Donald Trump‘s suggestion that the recent Russian drone incursion “could have been a mistake”.
“We would also wish that the drone attack on Poland was a mistake,” Tusk said in a post on X. “But it wasn’t. And we know it.”
Poland, a NATO ally, shot down some of the drones that violated its airspace and accused Russia of a serious provocation.
