Looking for a place to set up shop while you save the world? Need a place to both live and explore the secrets of the Negative Zone? You’re in luck. The Fantastic Four’s iconic headquarters, the Baxter Building, has an official listing on Zillow.
The promotional listing offers 11 set photos from inside the Baxter Building as well as a “video tour” that acts as a teaser for “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.” The teaser is narrated by a character named Jack West, who is also named the man who created the listing.

The listing is very concerned with the number four. Its price is listed at $4,444,444.00. For that price, you get 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4,444 square feet.
Its official address is listed as 260 Baxter Building Plaza, New York, NY 10017.

The building boasts “fantastic views,” it’s “H.E.R.B.I.E. ready,” and it includes both super science laboratories and a robotics bay. Among its amenities, the Baxter Building has super security, fireproof furniture, a skyport garage, and it’s FantastiCar compatible.
The members of the Fantastic Four are listed as the future neighbors of anyone looking to purchase the property, and descriptions of all of their powers are included.
There’s also a link to the final trailer for “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.”
We’ll have to see whether or not the Baxter Building survives the events of “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.” The various teasers, trailers, and TV spots have shown more and more of Ralph Ineson’s Galactus, and the massive villain doesn’t seem to be treating New York City all that gently.
Nor is Galactus the only villain our heroes look to be facing in the upcoming film. Along with Julia Garner’s Shalla Bal/Silver Surfer, Paul Walter Hauser was seemingly confirmed to be playing the subterranean Mole Man.
Otherwise, we still don’t have confirmation on who Sarah Niles, Natasha Lyonne, and John Malkovich will play in the film. In fact, there’s been quite a bit of fan speculation that Malkovich won’t appear in the final cut of the movie at all.
“The Fantastic Four: First Steps” releases in theaters July 25. The film is directed by Matt Shakman. It stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Paul Walter Hauser, Natasha Lyonne, Julia Garner, Ralph Ineson, John Malkovich, and Sarah Niles.
