Who Is Michael Gledhill? Girlfriend’s Son Arrested For James Handy’s Killing

The son of actor James Handy’s girlfriend has been arrested in connection with his killing, the Los Angeles Police Department said on Thursday.

Michael Gledhill, 44, has been booked on suspicion of one count of murder. Police said officers had responded to a radio call of “unknown trouble” in the 19200 block of Erwin Street in Tarzana, Los Angeles, around 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday after a 911 caller said, “I am the son of man, I just killed the man of sin.”

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Handy, 81, in the front yard “unconscious and suffering from a stab wound to his chest.” He was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead, police said.
